(2) the trade pattern does not include:

1. Samples of import and export advertising samples, the trade way code is "3010" (samples advertising samples A), "3039" (sample advertising samples B);

Barter trade

One, the definition and code

Barter trade is the medium of currency and trade directly export goods in exchange for imported goods. This trade way code is "0130", hereinafter referred to as: barter trade.

This trade way includes twenty six countries, such as the former Soviet union and eastern Europe and barter trade with other countries.

This trade pattern does not include:

1, petty trade to Taiwan to barter contract trade, barter contracts in the trade of Taiwan small trade shall be the "other trade" (9737).

2, small-scale border trade in the trade of the barter contract, shall be the "small-scale border" (4019).

Material processing and assembling trade

One, the definition and code

This trade pattern does not include:

(a) directly in domestic product manufacturers with foreign exchange equipment, materials or finished goods, goods exchange, trade way as "barter trade" (0130).

(2) the foreign currency, from products export trade way as the "general trade" (0110).

(3) in the compensation trade contract at the same time have a processing contract, processing contract, trade way as the "processing" (0214).

Feed processing trade

One, the definition and code

Feed processing trade in accordance with the foreign contract form is divided into "feed processing and the counterpart contract" and "feed processing counterpart contract".
